The 1903 Wollenmann house, once listed on Indiana Landmarks' 10 Most Endangered, was featured in the November/December issue of Preservation Magazine, that organization's publication.
The article, titled "A Civic-Minded Band," touted the efforts of TTHM Properties LLC, the consortium that purchased the historic home, as well as the Ferdinand Historical Society which hopes to restore it.
Indiana Landmarks has nominated the "civic minded" consortium for the Just Do It award, preservation division.
